Amy Gershkoff, co-founder of Changing Targets Media™, spoke at the New Tools Campaign, a forum presented by the New Politics Institute and the New Democratic Network. The forum, which took place on February 17, 2009, will feature new tools now available for Democratic campaigns. Gershkoff spoke about "how Precision Buy™ can make media buys more efficient, from targeting the right cable systems to buying the right television programs," said NDN President Simon Rosenberg.
